Please Note: Some international orders are subject to tarrifs/duties to be paid by customer. These fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer and and are not factored in to the price at purchase.

We provide free shipping worldwide on all orders. *

International orders may subject to the receiving country's import fee , duty ,taxes and /or brokerage fees.
These funds are neither paid to Wellness upgrader nor are they set by Wellness upgrader. Rather they are paid to and set by your country's Government as per import/Export regulations and charged by your local postal carrier.
Funds are due upon receipt accordane eith your local import and Postal regulations.
We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs charges you may incur.
Packages are marked with the value of the item as paid by customer in legal accordance with international postal regulations.
we donot mark packages as a gift.
To falsify the amounts paid or the contents of package on customs form could lead to hefty fines that our business would not be able to handle.

If you order an in-stock item, we’ll ship it within 1-3 working days.
Typicall, Your order take 1-3 days to process, and delivery takes 5-16 working days after dispatch, You will receive tracking information of your parcel by email within 2-5 days after ordering.
Please note: Sometimes it may take longer due to factors beyond our control such as public holidays , countrys Custom restrictions and busy seasons. It also depends on your location. Please check expected delivery time in the Footer Section under Purchase Info.
You will receive your tracking information within 3-5 working days via email. Clicking "Track My Order" in the email will take you straight to the parcel tracking page where the Location of your parel is updated from dispatch to delivery. But sometimes tracking might not be available if free shipping applies. In this case, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After you received an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched, you need to allo 3-5 business days for logistic to update their tracking record information on their systems.
If you still have issues after 5 days, then please email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org . We will be more than happy to assist and locate your order.
Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide your ID card or Tracing number to find out its status.
Step 2: If you cannot find out anything. contact our Customer service department by sending an email and provide your shipping address again.
Step 3: if the items have arrived at your destination country- the are with local Post of your country and most likely at your nearest post office. In an event of loss of merchandise while the items have arrived at destination country, we will not be responsible.
Our main Goal is to deliver your order as fast as possible.
We have stocked our Products in different warehouses located at different parts of the World strategically. Sometime a Warehouse near to your location may not have enough Inventory. So, to speed up the shipping time, instead of collecting your orders from our different warehouses to one Location, We ship ship it directly to your adress.
That is why, your Orders may sometimes come separately at the different Time period. But One thing is for sure, it will come definitely as within promised time.
CASE 1: Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 4 hours. You will get full refund, if it has not been shipped or left our facility. Please contact us at email@example.com
CASE 2: After we shipped your order, You can still cancel within 14 days without any reason. But You have to take all return shipping cost. Please Read our SHIPPING POLICY for more Details.

Return – step by step:
1. Pack the item and label the return.
2. Put the ordered item in a package, close the package carefully and write on the outside.
Please note that your order does not include a pre-printed shipping label.
The customer bears the costs for processing the return shipment.
Posting the returnThe package can be handed in at parcel shops and packing stations, among others.Please keep the return receipt issued until the return is confirmed.
If you revoke this contract, we will pay you all amounts that we have received from you within 14 days from the day on which we received our products back. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment.

The refund is always made via the payment method you used.
The credit will be posted back to the credit card account debited by us. The chargeback can be seen on the next credit card statement.
The credit is made to the PayPal account used by the customer. Whether the amount is deposited on the PayPal account or posted back to the bank account, you as the customer can determine yourself from PayPal.

If you have a credit balance with us - for example due to a return or an overpaid amount - you will automatically receive a refund from us or a refund form by e-mail. You will receive your credit within 14 days.
PAYMENT, BILLING AND FEES
We accepts Payments by all major Credits Cards, Paypal, Google pay and Apple pay.
Wellness Upgrader processess payments using stripe payment Gateways. Stripe is certified to PCI service provider level 1. (the most stringent level of certification).
We take Security very seriously, All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent Fraud.
payments to wellness Upgrader via Debit/Credit cards are identified as "Wellness Upgrader"
Unfortunately we are not able to advise what custom charges may be applied to international shipment.
Any custom charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all custom charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Wellness Upgrader.
For more accurate Information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local Customs office. so you will not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
if you are experiencing an issue when making a payment, please double check and follow the following steps.
1. make sure you have inputted the correct details by checking all the informations correctly.
2. contact your bank to ensure there are no problems with the card.
3. please contact us to submit the detail and we will investigate it further.
4. To help us solve the issue for you, please include as many of the following details as possible.
5. What operating system you use(eg. android, IOs, Windows, chrome)
6. What internet Browser you are using ( eg. chrome, internetexplorer, safari, firefox). What payment method you were trying (paypal, visa)
7. A description of the problems and what time the problems occurred.
8. If you get an error message, please include it in your message too.
STILL PAYMENT DECLINED
If your credit or debit card was declined, check to see if your card is expired , out of the date or your card billing address is different to the billing address you informed on the checkout.
If the above doesn't help. Please contact your Credit card company.
If using Paypal, Please contact Paypal directly if your payment has been declined.
No worries, as long as you reach out to us immediately regarding the error in your adresss, we would be more than happy to change it for you.
Just email us with your Full correct address along with your order number. Then we would update your details for you. Please note that you have only 2 -hour time to change.
There's a good chance that out email has ended up in your SPAM folder. Please check it in your SPAM folder too.
If you dont find there, then, please email us. We will amend this for you right away.
